MATTHEW ROBERTS
Chief Executive
Matthew has over 30 years operational and commercial experience, working for and supporting local authorities, trusts and private companies at board and senior management level. His experience allows him to provide practical advice on all aspects of growing and developing a successful business, motivating teams and delivering transformational change.
PHIL DRURY
Finance
Phil has worked with Benesse UK on a number of contracts, providing direct project support, financial oversight and advice on governance matters. Phil brings an independence and rigor to all matters financial and compliance related and has an infectious enthusiasm that can really help drive performance and results.
JIM SEMPLE
Sales & Marketing
Jim has extensive experience with both private and public sector high profile clients, supporting and developing product launches, sales campaigns and marketing strategies. He is an ambassador for the British Heart Foundation and competes regularly in national and international marathons as part of his fundraising activities.
CHARLES MADOR
Planning & Design
Charles runs an award-winning architectural practice specialising in environmentally sensitive leisure, cultural and residential projects in the UK and France. He is increasingly involved with ‘green issues’ of energy conservation and carbon neutral construction methods with a broad expertise in countryside planning issues.
ANDREW DENNIS
Evaluation & Impact Monitoring
Andrew specialises in helping organisations evaluate their social impact and social value. He also has a high success rate in winning funding to deliver local and national projects which meet the needs of the local community. Andrew recently worked on the trailblazing Big Lottery Funded national project ‘Talent Match’.
RACHEL VAN REIL
Libraries
Rachel has designed and installed 300 reader-friendly public and school libraries of different sizes across the UK working with many library authorities. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences in the UK and abroad and sits on the selection panels for both the English PEN Promotes and English PEN Translates grants fund.
COLIN JENKINS
Operations & Management
Colin owns several businesses in the UK and overseas and currently sits on the board of the UK Golf Owners Association. His business acumen allows him to drill down to the core issues and to bring a common sense approach to business start-ups and business planning.
MIKE MARSH
Funding & Project Development
Mike specialises in business planning, community consultation and securing funds/ grants for publicly and privately operated facilities in the UK, including leisure and sports facilities, resort areas, parks and open spaces, ports, harbours, museum, art galleries and theatres.
ISOBEL ROBERTS
Beauty, Salon and Spa Advisor
Isobel specialises in Beauty Therapy. She has undertaken all her training under the Elimis brand upholding their key mission statement of being the No.1 Luxry brand. Isobel is qualified and able to provide advice across a wide range of beauty and therapy treatments.
