Lindsay is a highly effective executive leader with expertise within all areas of the primary curriculum. She has served as a Headteacher for over 15 years- 9 years across small rural schools, including Interim Executive Headship and 6 years in the role of Executive Head across two one form entry schools.

 

She has been a Local Leader of Education, supporting schools across Kent at the request of the Local Authority and a National Leader of Education. She has coached and mentored senior leaders and new headteachers within the LA, and as a National Leader of Education, carried out many assignments both locally and nationally, building leadership capacity and bringing about rapid school improvement.

 

Lindsay is an Executive Coach and an NPQH facilitator for LLSE. She is also supporting Kent County Council to deliver their new SEND strategy working as a Community Chair. She is committed to collaboration and sharing good practice in order to improve the outcomes for children. She is passionate about developing the next generation of school leaders and brings a wealth of practical knowledge, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that school leaders face today.
